Buffet Town

Frankly speaking, hubby and I had no idea when is our last time we had buffet. We decided to have buffet at buffet town located at raffles place. I went to google for price and address fyi.

We paid $43 per pax include gst and service charge. Kinda expensive but once in a lifetime, worth the price. It's unlimited intake of any kinds of food and drinks with no surcharge. You are able to take a walk/break outside and head back for second round. From fresh seafood and sashimi to variety of food served.

Fresh cold prawn, crayfish, mussels. Prawnnnnnnnns

Fresh live oyster from the US. The chef open the shell on the spot and it's unlimited!

Fresh sashimi prawn, Kani sushi, beancurd skin sushi, prawn sushi and fresh sashimi salmon. It's the first time I had sashimi prawn in my entire life and I love it.

Chilli crab and seafood pizza. I don't like the chilli crab, the sauce taste sour. But I'm lucky to get pincer:))

Roasted potatoes, grilled banana, beancurd sushi and braise butter corn. My favourite here is the drilled banana.

Fresh cold Scallop. Like tasteless lei.

So, this's my second round...

I just can't get over this fresh oyster, I thought I couldn't eat this super raw seafood, this shows that it's really fresh and nice. Of cause, match with the chilli sauce they provided. There's different kinds of chilli to your taste.

Marshmallow chocolate fondue

Strawberry jelly

Asked hubby to take a picture inside, some of their setting/display looks great.

Grilled banana again, fried French beans, fried prawn, satay.

Banana fritters

Fresh cold fruits

Waffle with maple syrup and honey to try.

His satisfied face

Nope, that's not my nail polish, it's an art from hubby using the remaining chocolate. It's shows that his arts needs to be improve.

Bloated tummy after a heavy dinner, we stroll along our house void deck before heading home. While he had his puff...

I had my camwhoring time:)) Daisy necklace from tailsman.

And lastly, us ♡

Food: Ding Tai Fung 鼎泰丰

Hungry go where? If you are looking for chinese cuisine, i highly recommend Ding Tai Fung (鼎泰丰) because their steamed pork dumplings (小笼包)are what i'm dying for. Besides that, their rice and noodles are AWESOME DELICIOUS too!

Enjoy our hot jasmine tea first before food is served.

Price
S$1/cup (free flow top-up)

Let's start with their signature steamed pork dumplings
Look at how juicy is inside the dumpling. Some they prefer eat at one go, because the liquid will burst inside your mouth, but i love to eat it two times.
This is how inside of the steamed pork dumplings look like. Look very juicy uh? This is a must-must order. Comes in a 6 or 10 servings.

Next, is my hubby's favorite appetizer dish
Green chillies with marinated stuffed minced meat

It taste like sweet, sour and alittle spice. I don't really eat this but if i have to, i'll eat the meat only. Alittle like thai-style, will recommend if you like sour spice taste.

This selection is served in cold dish, the shanghainese drunken chicken

I don't order this quite often but if i feel like eating something to match with my steamed rice, i'll go along with this drunken chicken. Not much alcohol taste but the meat is very soft and tender.I give a rating of 4 star because it served in a too little portion.

Last but not least
The most popular fried rice

Just by looking at their rice (so fat in every single of the rice and not crumb together), already tempt me for trying. The best fried rice i had in my life. Not only the plain fried rice, you must really try their fried rice with shrimp and eggs and fried rice with pork chop. You will regret if you don't try.

A new change

Like been ages I going JB with hubby alone. Hubby accompanied me to JB for my hair therapy. This time round I had myself an orangey red hair, it's the first time he sees my other colored hair.

Chiang chiang ~
Had my hair trim a little as well.

Hub loves his new trim hair although is a boring black hair. Lol still looks very charming though.

We have some ringgit left so we had our dinner at city square. At last, we satisfied our stomach at sakae sushi.

Hub's seafood kimchi ramen

My chicken teriyaki ramen.. I super love the soup base.

And my all time favourite chawamushi ❤

I'm going back for soft rebonding next month. Teehee✌  I really wanted a soft silky healthy hair.
